How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most items arrive in 7–10 business days; items marked EU Stock ship from Germany and usually arrive in 5–7 business days. Every parcel is tracked, and you will get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders to the EU and the UK, and it is always shown before you pay.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Write to furrlane.support@gmail.com and we will send you the return details. EU customers also have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days - see our Withdraw from contract page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely by PayPal. Depending on your country, you can pay with a debit/credit card on the PayPal screen without a PayPal account. We never see or store your card details.

Every product page lists materials and usage tips. If you're unsure whether a product suits your pet, email us before ordering and we'll help.
How do I choose the right size?
Each clothing product has a size guide with weight and measurements. Between two sizes or a broad chest? Pick the larger one, or send us your pet's measurements.
