Not in love with your order? You have 30 days from delivery to return it. EU law gives you 14 days. We give you 30.

Your right of withdrawal (EU customers)

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, and under our guarantee within 30 days. To withdraw, use our online form Withdraw from contract or email us at furrlane.support@gmail.com with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You will receive a confirmation email with the date and time of your request.

How returns work

1. Submit the withdrawal form or email us.
2. We send you return instructions and the return address.
3. Send the item back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, unused and in its original packaging where possible.
4. We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice (we may wait until we receive the item or proof of shipment), to your original payment method, including the original standard shipping cost.

Return shipping costs

The cost of sending the item back is paid by the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered.

Damaged, defective or wrong item?

Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. No need to send it back.
