• Where we ship: all 27 EU countries and the United Kingdom.
• Processing time: 1–3 business days.
• Delivery time: 8–18 business days for most items. Items marked EU Stock ship from Germany and usually arrive in 5–7 business days. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout.
• Shipping cost: free on all orders.
• Tracking: every order is tracked. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Late or lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of shipping, contact us and we will reship it or refund you in full.

Wrong address?

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will update it before your order ships.
